Simply message us with the following details: 1. Product Colour 2. Print Colour 3. Upload logo & confirm design positions. EG: Logo 1 on front, Logo 2 on back. How to Order 1. Select Product Colour 2. Select Garment Sizes - Choose a range of sizes from S-5XL. Total quantity must total 5 or more (total price will be re-calculated) 3. Select the Print Colour 4.Send us your logos.- File provided must be a vector PDF, EPS or Ai file. If you cannot supply this file type send what you have, we'll quote you to recreate it ($15-$65) 5. Await the free design mock-up 6. Once the mock-up is approved, we'll require full payment. Please message us when payment has been made. 7. We will notify you once payment has been received and confirm the dispatch date. 8. When your order has been shipped we will contact you with shipping details. Orders with Artwork - Terms & Conditions As part of your Artwork Approval and Sales Order confirmation via email we deem these Terms and Conditions to have been read and agreed upon. TERMS AND CONDITIONS • COPYRIGHT PERMISSION - It is the client's responsibility to obtain copyright permission for the use of images, photos or any other material used in the artwork provided. • TRADEMARKS and LICENCES included in Artwork provided is the client’s responsibility to obtain permission to use and warrant compliance with any associated trademarks and licences. • For all Orders, the Price Quoted is based on each piece of artwork submitted. That is - the artwork is exactly the same and there are no changes to background, colour, logo etc. • Artwork Revisions We do not charge for setup if artwork submitted correctly the first time in accordance with the template (Provided Free Of Charge). However, amendments or revisions will incur a $15 fee to cover print processing costs. This includes fixing the artwork where practical. Alternatively, productions can proceed at no extra cost if artwork is approved on AS-IS basis. • Production Service Levels counts as full working days. Production (working day) Service time commences once we have received Payment and the approval/confirmation of Artwork (incl. production sample if applicable). • Production Service Time may change or be delayed - due to final artwork approval been received in reference to revising artwork (if any errors are found in the test print – the revised completion date will be advised). • Final Artwork Approval - RESPONSIBILITY rests with you. Please check the Artwork Proof carefully (including colours, spelling, graphics and layout). We are not responsible for bad artwork, low resolution files, poor quality photos, fonts not saved as outline/curves, spelling mistakes, wrong colours or blacks/greys not coded as [0,0,0,%]. • Colours and shades that appear on your monitor/screen and paper print outs may differ to that printed on neoprene fabric. Once printed, there will be no opportunities to make changes. Please note that Artwork Proof displayed on your computer screen, paper printouts may/will differ from the actual print and finish on fabric. • Artwork with a Border Please note the border alignment may not be an accurately centred but we will do our best.
