Do you offer Wholesale/Trade pricing?
Answer:All orders are custom quoted as we offer more than 5 different decoration methods. Most of our products offer a price match or beat guarantee so you can rest assured you are receiving the best bang for your buck
Can you print on my (customer supplied) apparel?
Answer:Yes, 5% of our clients choose to supply their own apparel. Our pricing, service and quality is best. By choosing to supply your own apparel you are choosing to print at your own risk. Lightning promotions does not replace, refund of guarantee printing or embroidery on customer supplied apparel. Some of our decoration methods strictly prohibit the decorating of customer supplied products.
I've recieved an email stating quote is available for viewing, what do I do next?
Answer:The email containing the notification of quotation availability has an easy access link that will take you to the approval page. Here you can open the quote, review it and either process to the next pre production step by approving the quotation or you can reject the quote and request any changes or provide a reason for the rejection

How do I work out my size?
Answer:Each Item has a code. Please refer to the code to see find out the size you need.
Can I take a sample size range for my team to try on before confirming the sizes?
Answer:Simple fill out the sample size range request for and make a refundable deposit to order. Our team will be in contact to confirm size range availability. I have my logo on a business card/print out, can you use that?
Answer:If you have a logo or design that not computerized (Eg, A business card, printed tee, sign, photo etc) all we can do with that is scan it in and use it as a template to re-create your design. This can vary in complexity depending on your design. Keep in mind that if you’re doing a project that has a sponsor back or requires multiple logo recreations, each design is its own separate little piece of artwork and takes time. If you’re collecting logos for such a layout always ask the business if they have a vector logo they can give you.
What is the minimum order for Screen Printing
Answer:We can print orders under 15 units via digital printed heat transfers and CAD Cut Vinyl. For traditional screen printing our minimum is 15 because we must print film, coat and expose a screen, print and then wash out for every job. This is a lot of work and for less than 10 pieces the price is prohibitive. For a quantity less than 15, the other printing techniques are usually more appropriate. Digital heat transfers, CAD Cut Vinyl and Sublimation do not require setup and we will gladly print your lower quantities with one of these methods at an affordable rate.

Answer:Of course! We will send you a FREE MOCK UP for you to approve or decline.
How do I get my shirts when the job’s done?
Answer:You can either have your shirts shipped right to you, or you can pick them up from our warehouse located at: 23 Nicholas Dr, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia. (Please note: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are currently available on an appointment basis only.)
How long does it take to process my order?
Answer:Standard Turnaround time is 5-7 business days from payment, approval of artwork and confirmation of order sizes, colours etc. Express Order Turnaround: We can produce orders within 2-5 business days. Express order fees will apply. Message us with details.
What brands do you carry?
Answer:We carry the top brands in Australia. These includes JB’s Wear, AS Colour, Winning Spirit and more!
Can I buy my own apparel and have it printed by you?
Answer:Yes! We just have to ask you a few questions about the apparel quality to make sure that we can print on it.
What format of logos do you accept and how can I send it?
Answer:Please send us a vector copy of your logo. We accept PNG and JPEG files but we will be charging an additional amount to convert it to EPS.ai. You may E-mail it to [email protected]

Answer:Our minimum order for embroidery is 15 units. You will incur a $65 set-up fee and price per garment will increase by $3.50. Turnaround time for embroidery is 10-12 business days from approval of the sample, payment and confirmation of sizes.
How many is the minimum quantity for vinyl?
Answer:No minimum quantity for this type of print but the logo color maximum is 1 and if the color’s more, then we will have to use digital heat transfer.
