Terms and Condition

Copyright OR Trademark

Governed and protected by the Commonwealth Copyright Act 1968 of Australia, you hereby authorize Lightning Promotions to use your copyrighted or trademark logo, photographs, graphic designs, digital images or any other material to be used for printing. By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you declare that each material presented is legally owned by you and serves us no obligation against the Law.

  • For company logos, you agree that each trademark logo requested to be printed has been granted by you and your company; whereas any violations against the law deemed Lightning Promotions no obligation.
  • For T-Shirt’s or garments you supply, you hereby declare that these were reproduce under the license and permission of the owner of the design.
  • For photographs, graphic design including digital files, drawings and illustrations requested to be mocked up and printed on shirts, bags, signage, banners, paper bags and all other materials produce by Lightning Promotions; the owner of the photographs, graphic design including digital files, drawings and illustrations granted you access or permission to use or reproduce it.
  • For engrave designs requested to be mocked up or engraved on pens, tumblers, plastic bottles and all other materials for engrave that are produce by Lightning Promotions; the owner of the engrave design granted you access or permission to use or reproduce it.


Copyright or Trademark Infringement Complaints

In cases of complaints regarding copyright and trademark infringement, Lightning Promotions serves the right to stop any on-going production of the product until further notice.

If one can prove copyright infringement, Lightning Promotions can file a claim for damages against the client who provided the copyrighted material and can seek an injunction to lawfully stop reproducing the original work. Lightning Promotions hereby allows the Court to enter the premises and seize the offending material.

Lightning promotions will always consider the creator’s moral and legal rights such as:

  • the right against false reproduction of authorship
  • the right of attribution of authorship
  • the right of integrity of authorship


Returns and Replacement

You may get a replacement of an item(s) if:

  • If the artwork is printed differently from what has been agreed using the mock up image. (This excludes slight colour changes that occurred during the process.)
  • If you have received an incorrect size as what was indicated in the invoice.
  • If the product type is different from what was ordered and stated in the invoice.
  • If the color of the garment received is incorrect. (Excluding Color Shade. Please refer to Buyer’s Remorse Section)

Please note that the item(s) needed to be returned should be in Brand New Condition with no alterations, have not been washed, have not been worn and complete if the order is in multiple quantity.

Buyer’s remorse will not be valid as a reason for return or replacement. The following are but not limited to:

-the item not fitting but the size ordered and delivered is correct. Please always refer to size charts for the exact measurement.

-Colour Difference: Slight colour difference will not be valid. Please note that we are using different gadgets to look for the colours and it may show us different shades and hues depending on the screen resolution.  

-Colour Difference: Slight Colour difference as a result of the process. Colours may uncontrollably change depending on the quality of the material being printed on. It may also change during the printing process due to some factors like heat.

-Change of Mind that results to cancellation request.

Low Quality Images print output will also not be eligible for replacement if the image that the customer have sent to us is of low quality. Please make sure to send us a copy of your images in vector format to guarantee high quality printouts.

How to return:

  1. Contact customer service and provide details of the product received.
  2. Our customer service will request for the reprint or production of the correct product.
  3. You will be given complete instructions as to where or how will you send us back the item(s) for replacement.
  4. Have your item and invoice ready for the return.
  5. We will keep you notified once we received the product and will send you the replacement item as soon as the next day depending on the quantity.


Lightning Promotions only will allow a refund if any of the conditions is met:

  • Lost Item(s) at the company’s fault.
  • Incomplete Order which will not allow a reproduction under the circumstance of inadequate time. We will only be refunding the amount of the missing quantity.
  • Incorrect product (style and color) delivered which will not allow a reproduction under the circumstance of inadequate time.
  • Stock unavailable on the requested Estimated Delivery Date.

If any of the following happens:

  1. Contact customer service and provide details of the lost product or product received.
  2. Our customer service will request for a refund subject to approval.
  3. Have your invoice copy ready in case of questions.
  4. Once the refund is approved, we will notify you through E-mail.
  5. Refund will be done back to the same card or bank account that was used to purchase. (Please note: In cases of lost cards and inactive banks, we will have to ask for additional proof of ownership from you.)
  6. Refund turnaround time will be 3-5 business days depending on the standard bank process.

Stock Availability

In the course of the order process, every product is subject to availability. There may be products that are available on the time of order confirmation which turns out to be out of stock once requested from the supplier. Another instance would be delays in the supplier’s delivery. These situations may occur which will require us to give you options of refund or a change in the delivery date. Change of Style, brand or colour will also be considered. Given the unforeseen situation, Lightning Promotions will not be held liable and accountable of any incurred fees.

Artwork Approval

Artwork approval is done before printing. Once a customer agrees on the mock up, the production follows and any change request will be deemed invalid. Proofs are to be used as a guide only and are not a true representation of product or print colour. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if the job is color or position critical and notify us accordingly. If you require a physical sampe of your print before the ordered products are decorated please contact us for a quote

Important Notice:

1). It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork 2). If a proof containing errors is approved by the client, the client is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing (design time, printing materials, garments/fabrics, labour and tax if applicable) including corrections and reprints. Any modification requested after client approval may result in production delays. 3). The client is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark & Licensing Agreements of artwork 4). All artwork must be approved before a job can be entered into production 5). The signatory below accepts responsibility of applicable artwork and releases Lightning Promotions or any other third party from liability



If you place consecutive or separate Orders, we cannot consolidate your Orders. A separate Delivery Fee, if applicable, will apply to each Order. 


 If We reject your Order you will receive a refund of any money paid. We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason at any time.

If Goods are out of stock or are unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your Order. If this happens, we will refund you the price paid for the Goods impacted.

We may withdraw or suspend from sale any Good displayed on the Website, either temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice. Myer Online will not be  liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of sale of a particular Good.

If your Order is affected by a genuine error (including in a description, an image or a Price),

we reserve the right to cancel your Order and refund any money paid to us.

where we provide dimensions and measurements in the description of a Good, the dimensions may vary slightly in

real life, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each Good is suitable for your purpose prior to

submitting your Order (including whether there is appropriate and safe access to your Delivery
