If you have selected ‘pick up’ for your order and would like to collect items separately.
Please add a note in the checkout page, that you would like to collect the products in your orders separately when they are ready.
However, if you have selected delivery, your order cannot be separated and the entire order will have to be delivered together.
Our turnaround times only begin once payment and artwork have both been confirmed.

This is the day both payment and artwork have been confirmed.
day 1
Day 1 is the following business day after Day 0.
Now production starts!
If you order a 24 hour product, your order will be ready for collection before 5pm or will be dispatched before 2pm by our couriers.
day 2
Day 2 of production!
If your order was a 48 hour product, your order will be ready for collection before 5pm or will be dispatched before 2pm by our couriers.
And so on for longer turnaround times………...
Please note, that turnaround times do not include weekends or public holidays. It also does not include delivery times.
If you happen to need your order printed the same day/straight away, please give us a call. We will try our best to accommodate your requirements around our production schedule.
This is often quite difficult as we usually have a heavy production schedule, but it's worth a shot.

Our turnaround times are separate from our delivery times.
When estimating how long your order will take before you receive it please add delivery times to our turnaround times.
The delivery times below are only a guide given to us by our couriers, we can not guarantee the delivery times, however we have found they have been quite reliable.

Sydney Metro: 1-3 business days
Brisbane Metro: 2-3 business days
Adelaide Metro: 3-4 business days

We only offer same day delivery to customers in Melbourne.
If you would like to arrange same day delivery please add a note in your order when checking out. We will then contact you to arrange payment for the same day delivery service. After payment we can place your order in our production schedule, and have your order dispatched with our same day courier.
Interstate
Unfortunately we can not offer express delivery to cities outside of Melbourne.
We are looking into adding this to one of our delivery services.
If you would like to organise your own courier, please select ‘pick up’ in the delivery options and note that you would like to organise your own courier.
